Sharpe Media Network LLC ("we," "us") publishes Athens Scoop, Augusta Digest, Gainesville Scoop, Charleston Scoop, Ocala Digest and St. Augustine Digest. This policy covers sharpemedianetwork.com and those newsletters.
When you subscribe to one of our newsletters, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name and city. When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, work email, company and message. Our email platform records standard engagement data, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.
We use your information to send the newsletters you signed up for, answer your inquiries, measure what readers find useful, and show sponsored content and offers from our advertising partners. Some links in our newsletters are affiliate or sponsored links, which means we may earn a commission if you click or sign up.
We do not sell your email address. We share data only with service providers that help us run the newsletters (such as our email platform and analytics tools), and when you choose to sign up for a partner's offer, in which case the partner receives the information you submit to them. We may disclose information if required by law.
Our websites and email platform may use cookies and similar tools to measure traffic and track clicks on links, including affiliate links.
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. To ask us to access, correct or delete your information, use the contact form on this site.
Our newsletters are intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
